No Spam or Mass E-Mail

RelieveMyAllergies.com will not allow the use of spam or mass email to promote our affiliate program. RelieveMyAllergies.com can, at their sole discretion, remove any member from our affiliate program, at any time, if it comes to our attention that spam was used to advertise our affiliate program. RelieveMyAllergies.com can decide what constitutes spam, however, spam is generally known as any email sent to any person who is not personally known to the sender.

No Unaccepted Search Engine Tricks

RelieveMyAllergies.com will not allow the use of doorway pages, keyword text and background of the same color, and other generally unaccepted search engine "guerilla" tactics. Most if not ALL search engines are able to detect such things and these practices usually result in your web site getting blacklisted and losing any chance of ever being found by anyone.

1) Terms of this Agreement

The terms of this agreement will begin upon your acceptance into our affiliate program. The terms will end when the affiliation is terminated by either party. This agreement may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, by either party. Termination is final when the affiliate is deactivated or removed from RelieveMyAllergies.com's databases. You may only receive fees or commissions occuring during the terms of this agreement.

2) Modifications

RelieveMyAllergies.com reserves the right to change this agreement at any time and at their sole discretion. Fees and commission amounts associated in any way with the affiliate program are also subject to change at any time by RelieveMyAllergies.com and at their sole discretion. Modifications are final at the point that this document is posted at this location or at ../shop/affiliates.asp online. If you do not wish to agree to the new modifications, your only recourse is to terminate your affiliation with RelieveMyAllergies.com. Posting the new agreement on the RelieveMyAllergies.com website constitues a binding acceptance of the changes.

3) Limitation of Liability

RelieveMyAllergies.com is in no way liable for loss of data, revenue, profits or commissions in conjunction with this agreement and the RelieveMyAllergies.com affiliate program. RelieveMyAllergies.com is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages in conjunction with this agreement or the RelieveMyAllergies.com affiliate program. RelieveMyAllergies.com will never owe any party in conjunction with this agreement or the RelieveMyAllergies.com affiliate program an excess of the total referal fees accumulated while under this agreement.

4) Informed Compliance

You understand that you must read this agreement and agree to ALL of its terms and conditions. This is otherwise known as informed compliance and after you become an affiliate you cannot claim "lack of knowledge" regarding the issues agreed herein.

5) Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed under the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without reference to rules governing the choice of laws. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in New York, NY and you consent to the jurisdiction of the court.
